How does the free plan work?

Free accounts get 1 pet profile with core calendar and reminders. Upgrade to Pro or Premium for unlimited pets and the full care suite.

Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

Yes. Cancel in the app or the payment provider's customer portal. You keep access until the end of the current billing period.

Which platforms are supported?

PetPal is available on iOS and Android.

How does family sharing work?

You can invite family members to a shared pet group with care events and notifications, so everyone stays in the loop.

How do reminders work?

Set push or email reminders for vaccines, medications and daily routines — you choose the channel and schedule.

Is my data private?
