No. PetPal's AI tools are informational and for assistance. Always consult a qualified veterinarian for diagnosis or treatment.

How does the free plan work?

Free accounts get 1 pet profile and 1 AI credit to try a feature. Upgrade to Pro or Premium for unlimited AI and pets.

Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

Yes. Cancel in the app's subscription page or the payment provider's customer portal. You keep access until the end of the current billing period.

Which platforms are supported?

PetPal is available on iOS and Android.

How does the family sharing work?

You can invite family members to a shared pet group with calendar events and notifications, so everyone stays in the loop.

What is a refund policy?
